Return Policy

General

All items must be returned within 30 days. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all parts. All orders must be checked by customer for correctness within 48 hours of delivery and reported immediately.

A refund will be made in the amount of the original purchase price minus what we spent shipping, minus the restocking fee. Refunds are processed the last week of every month. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to show up in your account. We will only credit the same credit card you used to place your order. If your card is lost or stolen you will be issued an in-store credit or we will send a cheque.

The cost of shipping the part(s) back is your responsibility - no credit for your shipping expenses will be given. The only exception to this rule is if we made an error in shipping you a wrong item. World Impex is not responsible for any errors or omissions in its catalog, nor any damages resulting directly or indirectly.

Return Authorization Number

All returns MUST receive a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a Return Authorization please call us at 410-771-0626 or email sales@worldimpex.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be displayed on top of the box in a visible location. All items returned without an RMA# will be refused.

Condition of Returned Parts

All returns must be in original packaging and acceptable for resale. DO NOT PUT LABELS OR WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER BOXES, ALL RETURNS WITH WRITING, DIRT, SHIPPING LABELS, OR DAMAGE TO THE MANUFACTURER BOXES WILL BE REJECTED.

No Returns on Certain Item Types

  • No returns on sheet metal body parts.
  • No returns on special ordered parts.
  • No returns on electrical components and parts.
  • No returns on any part in our data base that displays NON RETURNABLE.

Additional Criteria for Returned Parts

  • All items must be in the original, undamaged, and clean packaging.
  • All manufacturer's documentation, manuals, labels, stickers, etc. must be present.
  • All items must not be tampered with or modified.
  • All items must be in new condition, never installed.
  • All items sold as kits must be complete.
  • No warranty for non-US VIN numbers.

Core Returns

  • Cores must have all the fluids drained.
  • Cores must be returned in the manufacturers packaging.
  • Cores must be wrapped in plastic and not leaking any fluids.
  • Cores will be inspected to ensure they are re-buildable prior to the issue of core credit. Factory credits may take up to 3 weeks.
  • Core return shipping charges are a responsibility of the buyer and will not be credited.
  • All cores must be the same as the remanufactured part purchased and include all sensors, switches and relays. Any missing parts from core will be deducted according to the Factories policies.
